Use Cases
Wibond needed a model that scaled with its business.
With Simetrik, every new provider integrates easily.
Reconciliation by direct identifier
Providers reconciled (BIND, Pomelo, TAPI)
Manual validations in operations
Wibond is a Fintech-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform born in Argentina that enables B2B companies to integrate financial services under their own brand: digital wallets, payments, financing, and prepaid cards. It operates as a Payment Service Provider registered with the BCRA, integrating providers such as Bind, Mastercard, VISA, Pomelo, and TAPI.
As a FaaS platform integrating multiple payment providers, Wibond needed to ensure every processed transaction was accurately reflected in its backend. Without a structured reconciliation model, it faced operational opacity and growing risk.
Revenue from Bind, TAPI, and Pomelo was verified without automation, requiring individual reviews.
Each provider with its own reporting format, without a unified comparison model.
New providers joining (Payway) without a foundation to absorb new data sources.
Efficiency in transactional control was critical to avoid burning capacity on repetitive tasks.
With Simetrik, Wibond replaced manual reviews with automated transactional control and full visibility.
Wibond needed certainty on every transaction flowing through its platform. With Simetrik, it implemented an automated reconciliation model that matches its backend against each provider’s reports by unique identifier—traceable, scalable, and operational from day one.
Wibond operates with multiple providers and distinct flows. Simetrik structured control across 3 domains, without complex logic or manual processes.
Matching backend transactions against BIND reports by unique identifier, without relying on date + amount matching.
Same direct reconciliation logic by ID, with segmented results in an operational dashboard.
Reconciled vs unreconciled dashboards by provider, with daily views and instant download.
